WHAT’S THE ROLE?

• Experienced AI / Data Engineer with expertise in Python and data engineering.
• Maintain data infrastructure to enable data scientists to focus on their core tasks.
• Lead projects from start to finish and mentor team members.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?

• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Understanding of infrastructure ecosystems, automation, cloud providers, and Kubernetes.
• MLOps knowledge: familiarity with ML operations technologies and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with open-source ML libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

• Tech stack includes Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, RabbitMQ, among others.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in an agile tech environment.
• Proficiency in managing RESTful APIs and libraries like FastAPI; strong understanding of event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on experience with open-source ML libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
