Senior AI Consultant (f / m / d)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Consultant to join our IT department at the STADA Group. This role requires a combination of business understanding, AI expertise, and project leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will identify and implement AI and Generative AI use cases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with AI governance standards.

What you can expect

1. Identify key business processes, pain points, and opportunities where (Gen)AI and automation can drive value.
2. Validate the technological feasibility of (Gen)AI use cases and develop comprehensive business cases.
3. Run and steer (Gen)AI projects by coordinating stakeholders, teams, and external suppliers.
4. Maintain and prioritize a strategic (Gen)AI roadmap aligned with business impact and ROI.
5. Define and implement key metrics to measure the ROI of AI initiatives.
6. Track project progress and report insights to leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals.
7. Ensure AI initiatives comply with regulations, including IP rights, the EU AI Act, and governance frameworks.
8. Evaluate and recommend AI tools and solutions matching business needs.
9. Promote internal awareness of AI initiatives through newsletters, presentations, and social media.
10. Share AI success stories, best practices, and strategic insights to foster a data-driven culture.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 8+ years of professional experience in digital transformation, with about 5 years in Data Science, Analytics, Automation, or AI.
• Strong consulting experience with deep AI technology expertise.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating complex AI topics into business strategies.
• Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to connect technical and business teams.
