We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Senior AI Character Creator to help shape the future of interactive AI characters. This is a hands-on role where you'll primarily be responsible for training, testing and refining AI-generated characters, ensuring that content remains fresh, engaging, and on-trend.

Main Mission

• Train, Test and Develop AI Characters: You will be responsible for training and testing various AI characters and their LoRas, working with different models and environments, ensuring their looks are consistent, creative, original and engaging

• Assist with Character Development: Use AI tools to assist in creating character profiles and ensuring they feel dynamic, realistic, and aligned with user expectations

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Content Team, you’ll be responsible for:

• LoRa Training: Train new AI characters every week, following a release plan

• Character Testing: Test AI characters extensively, ensuring they function properly and create engaging user experiences, following an established workflow

• Content Development: Follow trends and data, to ensure that all content is unique, fresh, and reflective of popular trends

• Maintain Content Freshness: Continuously review content to ensure it remains aligned with our company standards and is culturally relevant

• Research & Development: Research techniques, models, LoRas, workflows, and new character concepts. Present new ideas to the team to keep characters relevant and innovative

• Collaboration: Work closely with AI engineers, developers, and other creatives to test new features, collaborate on content, and ensure consistent quality across features and releases

• Support Various Testing Efforts: Participate in testing new features with different departments as needed
