Your tasks:

1. Analyze business requirements and processes in the sales domain of a globally operating industrial insurer to support our international digitalization strategy.
2. Design and maintain solutions for the development and enhancement of a modern and future-oriented software and system landscape, focusing on sales processes with MS Dynamics 365.
3. Support the Product Owner in developing and communicating the product vision and roadmap.
4. Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and best practices.
5. Ensure value orientation, usability, functionality, and quality of requirements throughout the entire lifecycle.
6. Define acceptance criteria and ensure the quality of requirements.
7. Work outcome-oriented with a focus on measurable business value.

Your profile:

1. Completed studies in economics, business informatics, business administration, insurance management, or a comparable field.
2. Extensive professional experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Systems Analyst, or Consultant, ideally in the insurance industry or CRM consulting.
3. Experience and knowledge in the value chain of insurance, specifically in sales and underwriting processes and systems, or a related field.
4. Quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and proven skills in problem decomposition and solving.
5. Ability to think out of the box and keep an eye on dependencies and interfaces in a highly connected environment.
6. Strategic thinking and ability to drive business initiatives and contribute to the overall strategy.
7. Very good written and spoken English skills (at least C1 level).
