Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung in der Versicherungswertschöpfungskette, insbesondere im Vertrieb.

Your tasks:

• Analyze business requirements and processes in the sales domain of a globally operating industrial insurer to support our international digitalization strategy.
• Design and maintain solutions for the development and enhancement of a modern, future-oriented software and system landscape, focusing on sales processes with MS Dynamics 365.
• Support the Product Owner in developing and communicating the product vision and roadmap.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and best practices.
• Ensure value orientation, usability, functionality, and quality of requirements throughout their lifecycle.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure the quality of requirements.
• Work in an outcome-oriented manner with a focus on measurable business value.

Your profile:

• Completed studies in economics, business informatics, business administration, insurance management, or a comparable field.
• Extensive professional experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Systems Analyst, or Consultant, ideally in the insurance industry or CRM consulting.
• Experience and knowledge in the insurance value chain, especially in sales and underwriting processes and systems, or related fields.
• Quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and proven skills in problem decomposition and solving.
• Ability to think creatively and consider dependencies and interfaces in a highly connected environment.
• Strategic thinking and ability to drive business initiatives and contribute to overall strategy.
• Very good written and spoken English skills (at least C1 level).
