Bondora is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Lead to own strategy, drive partnerships, and optimize performance across European markets. You will manage partner onboarding, segmentation, and incentive programs while collaborating with Brand, CRM, Product and Legal to ensure compliant growth.

Ideal candidates bring expertise in partner platforms, advanced analytics, and fluency in English, with German a plus. You will work in a fast-paced fintech environment offering competitive pay and growth

Qualifikationen

• Expert knowledge of at least one partner management platform, such as Target Circle/Circlewise, Impact, Awin, Partnerize, or CJ.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and BI dashboard experience.
• Fluency in using AI tools for data analysis, partner research and qualification, and content/compliance review.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute the affiliate marketing channel strategy, operating plan, forecast, and performance.
• Source, qualify, and close direct partnerships with affiliates, including content creators and networks.
• Create segmentation, onboarding, and activation routines to move partners from prospect to live.
• Design and negotiate CPA, CPL, fixed-fee, and hybrid deals.
• Define and improve the funnel from click to funded investor and retained value.
• Operate and improve reporting covering acquisition cost, revenue value, retention, and net deposits.
• Test placements, content, landing pages, incentives, and localized messaging with Brand, CRM, Product, and Design.
• Apply country-specific financial-promotion rules and maintain documentation with Legal and Compliance.

• Own and execute the affiliate marketing channel strategy, operating plan, forecast, and performance


• Source, qualify, and close direct partnerships with affiliates, including content creators, comparison sites, communities, and relevant affiliate networks


• Create segmentation, outreach, onboarding, and activation routines that move partners from prospect to live


• Design and negotiate CPA, CPL, fixed-fee, and hybrid deals


• Define and improve the funnel from click and sign-up through funded investor, first 30-day deposits, repeat deposits, and 30/60/90-day retained value


• Operate and improve Target Circle/Circlewise


• Build partner- and cohort-level reporting covering acquisition cost, revenue value from deposits, retention, and net revenue from net deposits


• Test placements, content, landing pages, incentives, creative, and localized messaging with Brand, CRM, Product, and Design


• Apply country-specific financial-promotion rules, execute approval workflows, manage required disclosures, monitor content, and maintain documentation with Legal and Compliance.
