N26 is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive self-service configuration and orchestration tooling, and to define the roadmap for core product infrastructure with scalable data flows.

You will collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers to improve platform architecture and embed automated compliance guardrails in the Product Factory framework, coordinating with Local Market Teams.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years product management experience in FinTech or complex platform/API-driven ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of backend architectures, relational databases, and API products.
• Experience with centralized digital product catalogs and orchestration systems.
• Autonomous, adaptive operator with entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep understanding of agile product development and scalable delivery practices.
• Undergraduate degree in STEM, Business, or Economics.
• Nice to have MBA/MS or equivalent advanced degree.
