At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our TOP clients. We are seeking a Senior Affiliate & IB Channel Manager to join one of our clients' teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven IB & Affiliate Channel Manager to oversee our global Introducing Broker (IB), affiliate, and partnership network—driving growth, performance, and revenue, especially in APAC and LATAM markets.

This strategic role involves relationship building, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in affiliate/IB management within Forex, CFD, or Crypto sectors and a good understanding of SaaS distribution models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the IB & Partnership Channel: Lead strategy and revenue growth of the global IB and affiliate network.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and agents. Negotiate partnership terms and payout models.
  • Performance Management: Set KPIs, monitor activities, analyze data, and optimize performance to meet targets.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to align operations and handle agreements and payments.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage regional marketing campaigns, landing pages, banners, and partner bonuses.
  • Partner Enablement: Develop onboarding materials, training, and product knowledge assets.
  • Process & Compliance Oversight: Maintain partner records, dashboards, and ensure compliance.
  • Process Management: Create scalable workflows for partnership operations.
  • Build strategic relationships with integrators and tech partners to expand SaaS financial product distribution.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing IBs, affiliates, or partners in Forex, CFD, or Crypto industries.

Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading ecosystems, and partnership revenue models.

Experience with SaaS-based financial solutions is a plus.

Proven success in building and optimizing partner programs.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments.

Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of affiliate platforms, CRM tools, and partner management systems.
  • Understanding of regional market dynamics in APAC and LATAM.
  • Ability to develop scalable growth models and execute channel strategies independently.
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance frameworks for partner contracts and promotions.
