Job Description:

At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our TOP clients. We are seeking a Senior Affiliate & IB Channel Manager to join one of our clients' teams. This is an exciting opportunity for growth in an innovative environment.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven IB & Affiliate Channel Manager to oversee our global Introducing Broker (IB), affiliate, and partnership network—focusing on growth, performance, and revenue, especially in APAC and LATAM markets.

This strategic role involves relationship building, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in affiliate/IB management within Forex, CFD, or Crypto sectors, and a good understanding of SaaS distribution models.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own the IB & Partnership Channel: Lead strategy, performance, and revenue growth of the global IB and affiliate network.
  2. Recruit and Onboard: Identify, recruit, and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and agents; negotiate terms and partnership agreements.
  3. Performance Management: Set KPIs, monitor activities, analyze data, and optimize performance to exceed targets.
  4. Coordinate Operations: Work with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams on agreements and payments.
  5. Campaign Execution: Manage regional marketing campaigns, landing pages, banners, and bonuses.
  6. Partner Enablement: Develop onboarding and training materials for partners.
  7. Compliance & Reporting: Maintain partner records, oversee reporting dashboards, and ensure compliance.
  8. Process Management: Create scalable workflows for partnership operations.
  9. Build Strategic Relationships: Expand distribution through partnerships with integrators and tech providers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years managing IBs, affiliates, or partners in Forex, CFD, or Crypto industries.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and partnership revenue models.
  • Experience with SaaS-based financial solutions is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and optimize partner programs.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of affiliate platforms, CRM tools, and partner management systems.
  • Understanding of regional market dynamics in APAC and LATAM.
  • Ability to create scalable growth models and execute channel strategies independently.
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance frameworks for partner contracts and promotions.
