At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Senior Affiliate & IB Channel Manager to join one of our clients' teams. Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IB & Affiliate Channel Manager to take full ownership of our global Introducing Broker (IB), affiliate, and partnership network—driving growth, performance, and revenue across emerging and established markets, particularly in APAC and LATAM.

This strategic role involves relationship building, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate / IB management within the Forex, CFD, or Crypto space, along with a good understanding of SaaS distribution models.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Own the IB & Partnership Channel :
    • Lead strategy, performance, and revenue growth of the global IB and affiliate network.
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and agents. Negotiate terms, payout models, and partnership agreements.
  2. Performance Management :
    • Set KPIs, monitor partner activity, analyze performance data, and implement optimization strategies to meet or exceed channel targets.
    • Coordinate with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth partnership operations, including agreements and payment workflows.
  3. Campaign Execution :
    • Propose and manage regional marketing campaigns, including landing pages, banners, and partner bonuses.
  4. Partner Enablement :
    • Develop onboarding tools, training materials, and product knowledge assets to support partner success.
  5. Process & Compliance Oversight :
    • Maintain partner records, manage reporting dashboards, oversee performance tracking, and support compliance efforts.
  6. Process Management :
    • Create and implement efficient workflows for partnership operations.
    • Build relationships with integrators and technology partners to expand SaaS financial product distribution.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing IBs, affiliates, or partners in the Forex, CFD, or Crypto industries.

Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading ecosystems, and partnership revenue models.

Experience with SaaS-based financial solutions is a strong plus.

Proven success in building, scaling, and optimizing partner programs.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of affiliate platforms, CRM tools, and partner management systems.
  • Understanding of regional market dynamics in APAC and LATAM.
  • Ability to develop scalable growth models and execute channel strategies independently.
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance frameworks in partner contracts and promotions.
