Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven IB & Affiliate Channel Manager to own our global Introducing Broker (IB), affiliate, and partnership network—driving growth, performance, and revenue, especially in APAC and LATAM markets.

This strategic role involves relationship building, campaign execution, and cross-team coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in affiliate/IB management within Forex, CFD, or Crypto sectors, and a good understanding of SaaS distribution models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the IB & Partnership Channel: Lead strategy, performance, and revenue growth of the global IB and affiliate network.
  • Recruit and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and agents. Negotiate partnership terms and payout models.
  • Manage performance: set KPIs, monitor activity, analyze data, and optimize strategies to exceed targets.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams for partnership operations.
  • Execute campaigns: propose and manage regional marketing campaigns, landing pages, banners, and bonuses.
  • Enable partners: develop onboarding tools, training, and knowledge assets.
  • Oversee process & compliance: maintain partner records, dashboards, and ensure compliance.
  • Manage processes: implement scalable workflows for partnership operations.
  • Build strategic relationships with integrators and tech partners to expand SaaS financial product distribution.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing IBs, affiliates, or partners in Forex, CFD, or Crypto industries.

Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading ecosystems, and revenue models.

Experience with SaaS financial solutions is a plus.

Proven success in building and scaling partner programs.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to collaborate across departments and manage stakeholders.

Data-driven with strong analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of affiliate platforms, CRM tools, and partner management systems.
  • Understanding regional market dynamics in APAC and LATAM.
  • Ability to develop scalable growth models and execute channel strategies independently.
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance frameworks in partner contracts and promotions.
