Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven IB & Affiliate Channel Manager to own our global Introducing Broker (IB), affiliate, and partnership network—driving growth, performance, and revenue across emerging and established markets, especially in APAC and LATAM.
This strategic role involves relationship building, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate/IB management within Forex, CFD, or Crypto sectors, with a good understanding of SaaS distribution models.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 5 years of experience managing IBs, affiliates, or partners in Forex, CFD, or Crypto industries. Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading ecosystems, and revenue models. SaaS experience is a plus. Proven success in building and scaling partner programs. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
