Your Role

● You will be supporting the AFC Testing & Controls Teamwith daily operational tasks such as:
o executing and continuous development of the Annual AFC Control Plan
o Spotting deficiencies and help to remediate them in a constructive and cooperative manner
o Supporting with the maintenance of issue management
o Maintenance and improvement of existing documentation

● Understanding of our internal processes in terms ofAML/AFC risks and potential process failures
● Supporting with regular reporting tasks

  • At least 2 to 5 years of experience in financial/bankingservices closely related to anti-money laundering and/orregulatory topics.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory landscape in Germany (GWG)and Europe (AMLD5) and/or experience in control testing orquality assurance testing within financial services/bankingpreferable.
  • You are a team player and love to collaborate
  • Being a fast learner and able to quickly understand complexissues
  • Detailed, focused and methodological delivery
  • Ideally experience in fast changing environments likeFinTech.
  • Sense of ownership and independent working style
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills; written andspoken German skills are an advantage
