Grünenthal Group is seeking a Senior Global Mobility professional to drive our international assignment programs and mobility governance. The role partners with senior leaders to optimize cross-border employment, tax and social security considerations across multiple jurisdictions.

You will lead end-to-end mobility processes, advise HR partners, and collaborate with external providers to modernize workflows while ensuring a strong employee experience in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Tax, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Global Mobility, International Assignment Management, or expatriate services.
• Strong expertise in international employment, tax, and social security matters, preferably trained as tax consultant.
• Experience managing complex cross-border workforces in a multinational environment.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and advise senior leaders with confidence.
• Strong project management and vendor management capabilities.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent employee experiences.
• Fluency in English and good German language skills.

• Partner closely with external tax, immigration, and social security experts across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage and develop strategic relationships with external mobility, tax, and relocation providers
• Identify opportunities to simplify, digitize, and modernize mobility processes and policies

• Strong expertise in international employment, tax, and social security matters, preferably trained as tax consultant

• Strong projectmanagement and vendor management capabilities
