Zusammenfassung

Grünenthal is seeking a Global Mobility Lead to drive the evolution of our international assignment programs, mobility policies, and governance framework across multiple jurisdictions.

You will partner with senior HR and external experts to optimize cross-border employment, tax, social security, and compliance, delivering a smooth employee mobility experience.

The role requires strong stakeholder influence, project and vendor management, and fluency in English with German language skills.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Tax, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Global Mobility, International Assignment Management, Expatriate Services, or a specialized Consulting environment.
• Strong expertise in international employment, tax, and social security matters, preferably trained as tax consultant.
• Experience Managing complex cross-border workforces cenarios in a multinational environment
• Ability to influence stakeholders and advise senior leaders with confidence and credibility
• Strong projectmanagement and vendor management capabilities
• Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent employee experiences
• Fluency in English and good German language skills

• Review, optimize, and continuously enhance international assignment programs for short-term and long-term mobility
• Lead end-to-end mobility processes for international assignmentsand cross-border employment arrangements
• Advise senior leaders, HR business partners, and employees on international employment, mobility, tax, social security, and compliance matters
• Partner closely with external tax, immigration, and social security experts across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage and develop strategic relationships with external mobility, tax, and relocation providers
• Identify opportunities to simplify, digitize, and modernize mobility processes and policies
