Your Mission

We are seeking a skilled Senior AdOps Engineer to oversee daily operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting of our digital advertising platform. This role involves ensuring the health, stability, and performance of our ad delivery systems across DSPs, SSPs, cloud infrastructure, and high-availability servers. You will be involved in debugging, investigating issues, managing Linux-based environments, and supporting stakeholders. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and external partners is essential to ensure accurate ad delivery and system performance. A background in AdOps or AdTech, Linux administration, and operational excellence is required.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the daily operation of our digital advertising platform, ensuring smooth delivery and performance.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve issues across DSPs, SSPs, and ad components.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and vendors to troubleshoot problems.
• Manage Linux-based systems supporting our infrastructure.
• Use AWS and cloud tools for monitoring and debugging.
• Ensure high availability of platform services.
• Administer relational databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL.
• Improve system architecture for performance and reliability.
• Act as a technical liaison for cross-functional teams.
• Document processes and known issues.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams.

Required Profile

• 3+ years in AdOps or similar digital advertising role.
• Deep understanding of SSPs, DSPs, and ad delivery at scale.
• Experience managing Linux systems in production.
• Experience with high-availability servers and distributed architectures.
• Familiarity with MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Datadog monitoring system is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Operational mindset focused on reliability and performance.
• Background in system administration/support for large platforms is valuable.
• Passion for digital advertising and system improvement.
