Your Responsibilities:

• Administration of complex ICT systems in production-critical environments

• Continuous monitoring and support of operational telephony systems to ensure high availability

• Life-cycle management of telephony infrastructure, from deployment to retirement

• Active participation in various IT infrastructure projects

• Detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and system changes conducted by the team
