What will you do?

Overseeing daily office operations, including the supervision of document management (filing, scanning, archiving);

Preparing and proofreading reports, correspondence, translations, and PowerPoint presentations with a keen eye for detail;

Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders;

Coordinating procurement and stock of office supplies, ensuring efficiency and cost control;

Maintaining and organizing legal and administrative files (including KYC documentation) with strict confidentiality and accuracy;

Planning and managing complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives and board members;

Assisting with invoice preparation and basic financial administration tasks;

Acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication.

This offer is for you if :

You hold a diploma in secretarial studies or equivalent;

You have 2-5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial or professional services sector;

You demonstrate excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to manage priorities independently;

You are fluent in English and in French / German

You show professionalism, discretion, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;

You are confident managing multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under tight deadlines;

You possess excellent interpersonal and client-service skills, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
