MOIA's Global Operator Enablement Services (GOES) Organization is our delivery backbone — our mission-critical interface to operator customers worldwide. We transform innovative technology into operational success by delivering turnkey solutions that enable safe, scalable, and efficient autonomous mobility services.

As a cross-functional, fast-moving team, we integrate vehicle lifecycle enablement, digital platform provisioning, service operations, and customer support to deliver a seamless experience. Acting as the single point of contact for operators, GOES ensures end-to-end excellence.

The AD Academysits at the heart of this mission: designing and delivering industry-leading training programs and knowledge resources that support our customers' operational readiness. As a member of the AD Academy team, you will work closely with internal subject matter experts and external partners to empower operators, technicians, and other end-users of our technology.

What you will do

  • Develop and deliver an engaging, high-quality training curriculum for an international B2B audience, enabling our customers to efficiently and safely use our autonomous driving technology.
  • Own and align the training curriculum and underlying operations role concept across the MOIA organization.
  • Conceptualize and implement training development and delivery strategies for different customer roles, leveraging internal resources as well as third-party partners or vendors.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Deployment, and Customer Operations teams to ensure training reflects current best practices, technology, and safety protocols.
  • Support the tracking and assessment of learner progress, training effectiveness, and knowledge retention through structured feedback and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the AD Academy's curriculum, tools, and delivery methodologies.

What will help you to fulfill your role

  • Extensive experience in training design, technical enablement, instructional development, or a similar role—ideally in a high-tech or safety-critical industry.
  • Strong skills in instructional design, adult learning principles, and creating training content for diverse audiences.
  • Experience building B2B training programs for international audiences.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments, with strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with the usage and implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • A passion for user-centric design, continuous improvement, and bridging the gap between technology and people.
  • Experience with fleet operations, autonomous vehicle systems, or transportation-related technologies is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in English is required; German and other languages are a plus.
