Job Description

• You will actively work in the daily operations of accounts receivable accounting by processing transactions in SAP, managing dunning processes and intercompany reconciliations, and contributing to the monthly and annual financial closings in accordance with IFRS and Local GAAP (HGB).
• You will independently work on initiatives within the accounts receivable area, including implementing solutions for process optimization and harmonization.
• You will serve as a competent and reliable point of contact for auditors and internal stakeholders.
• You will proactively utilize dashboards and KPIs to continuously improve process quality and efficiency and derive appropriate actions.

Qualifications

• Your profile includes a degree in Financial Accounting or a comparable commercial education, supplemented by several years of relevant practical experience.
• Your practical experience includes several years of operational Accounts Receivable Accounting.
• Ideally you have collaborated with related fields, such as Customer Service, General Ledger Accounting, or Controlling.
• Solid knowledge in SAP within the FI module is a mandatory requirement. Additional experience with SD or process automation would be a plus.
• Previous initial involvement in projects, such as an active role in an SAP implementation or other process improvement initiatives, is desirable.
• You communicate fluently in written and spoken English and are comfortable in an international environment. Good German language skills are a strong advantage.
• Teamwork, reliability, and results orientation are among your key strengths.
• You are respected for your hands-on mentality, focus on results and enthusiasm for continuously challenging and improving your processes.
• You already possess of a permanent work permit valid for Germany. The position is based in Waiblingen, Germany. If you are based outside of Germany, relocation is expected.
