Your mission

• Reviewing coding and posting incoming invoices
• Executing payment runs and reconciling accounts payable ledgers
• Communicating with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
• Preparing and submitting monthly VAT returns
• Maintaining and optimizing accounts payable processes within SAP (FI module)
• Supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Collaborating closely with other departments to improve and further develop accounts payable processes

Your profile

Completed commercial training ideally with further qualifications in accounting or finance

At least 2 years of professional experience in accounts payable preferably in a mid-sized or international environment

Proficient in MS Office especially Excel

Practical experience with SAP FI is a plus and will be given preference

Independent structured and detail-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility

Strong team player with excellent communication skills
