Zusammenfassung

LIDROTEC GmbH in Germany is seeking a Senior Accountant to establish reliable, efficient, and scalable accounting processes. You will own monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensure accurate GL and balance sheet reconciliations, and coordinate audits and tax-related tasks.

The role requires strong German language skills, knowledge of German HGB, and experience in manufacturing or inventory accounting.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Tax or Business Administration.
• Several years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of German HGB.
• Experience in manufacturing, machinery, project business or inventory accounting is highly desirable.
• Qualification as Bilanzbuchhalter*in or comparable certification is an advantage.
• Experience with DATEV.
• Strong Excel skills and affinity for digital Finance processes.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.
• Ensure accurate general ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage accruals, provisions and other closing-related accounting topics.
• Develop accounting processes for inventory, work in progress and machine projects.
• Ensure correct accounting treatment of fixed assets and capitalized development-related topics where applicable.
• Coordinate external tax advisors, payroll providers and auditors.
• Support VAT reporting and other tax-related processes.
• Establish accounting guidelines, documentation and internal controls.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable accounting.
• Continuously improve and automate accounting processes.
