Responsibilities

• Responsibility for a defined area within accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Order processing and invoicing
• Processing and monitoring payment transactions
• Review and posting of travel expense reports
• Preparation of VAT advance returns, recapitulative statements (EC sales lists) and related statistics
• Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Support in designing processes for the company’s growing structure
• Preparation of various analyses and close collaboration with the Controlling team

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or degree, ideally with a focus on accounting / taxation / finance
• Several years of practical experience in accounting
• Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Good user knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP B1 (not a prerequisite)
• Business-fluent German and good English skills
