Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor sucht eine erfahrene Buchhalterin/edaten, die eigenverantwortlich die Finanzbuchhaltung verantwortet und die niederländische Tochtergesellschaft sowie grenzüberschreitende Intercompany-Themen betreut. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Team zusammen und tragen zur Transparenz der Finanzprozesse bei.

Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, fundierte HGB-Kenntnisse, DATEV‑Erfahrung und exzellente Deutsch‑/Englischkenntnisse.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchführung und Bilanzierung.

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Buchführung und Abschlussarbeiten.
• Erstellung von Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen und Mitwirkung bei Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB.
• Verantwortung für die Buchhaltung der niederländischen Tochtergesellschaft.
• Bearbeitung Intercompany-Themen und Schnittstellenbuchungen im跨border Kontext Deutschland/Niederlande.
• Aufbau und Pflege von Wissensstandards in beiden Jurisdiktionen.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing financial accounting including account reconciliations as well as monthly and quarterly closings
• Preparation of VAT returns and support in preparing annual financial statements according to HGB
• Full, independent responsibility for the accounting of our Dutch subsidiary
• Handling intercompany topics and managing posting interfaces in the cross-border context Germany / Netherlands
• Building and safeguarding shared accounting know-how across both jurisdictions

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in accounting
• Experience as the sole or independent accountant with responsibility for complete bookkeeping processes
• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling
• Solid knowledge of financial accounting, account reconciliation, VAT and HGB annual financial statements
• Knowledge of Dutch accounting standards is a definite plus
• Practical experience with an ERP system; DATEV knowledge is a plus, especially for payment transactions
• Good to very good Excel skills
• A structured, careful and independent working style
• A pragmatic, resilient personality with clear communication skills
• Very good to fluent German; very good English; Dutch is a welcome additional plus
