Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor sucht zur Verstärkung des Finanzteams eine/n Buchhalter/in in Göttingen. Sie sind verantwortlich für die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung, Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Hauptbuch, sowie die Erstellung von Abschlüssen.

Sie unterstützen bei der Zahlungsabwicklung, Mahnwesen und Kontenklärungen und arbeiten eng mit Steuerberatern und dem Controlling zusammen. Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sind erforderlich.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Finanzbereich.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung vorteilhaft.
• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im HGB und Grundkenntnisse im Steuerrecht.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware und MS Excel.
• Erfahrung in papierloser Buchführung ist von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Laufende Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren und Hauptbuch).
• Kalibrierung, Verbuchung und Zuordnung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen.
• Durchführung von Zahlungen.
• Überwachung offener Posten und Mahnwesen.
• Kontenabstimmung und Klärung von Differenzen.
• Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern und Controlling.
• Pflege von Belegen, Verträgen und Buchführungsunterlagen.
• Sicherstellung ordnungsgemäßer Dokumentation gemäß HGB.
• Weiterentwicklung von Buchhaltungsprozessen und Implementierung digitaler Tools.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger)
• Reviewing, coding and posting incoming and outgoing invoices
• Preparation and execution of payment transactions
• Monitoring of open items and handling dunning processes
• Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Close cooperation with tax advisors and controlling
• Maintenance and management of vouchers, contracts and accounting records
• Ensuring proper documentation in accordance with HGB
• Optimization and further development of accounting processes
• Participation in the implementation and use of digital accounting tools

Requirements

• Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally with a focus on accounting or finance
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Very good knowledge of HGB and basic tax knowledge
• Confident use of accounting software and MS Excel
• Experience with digital, paperless accounting processes is an advantage
