Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced finance professional to independently prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with HGB and future IFRS, while ensuring compliance with all standards.

You will reconcile accounts, prepare timely reports for management, and handle intercompany processes within a growing group. Participation in SAP S/4HANA implementation and audits will be part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial/vocational training, a degree in business administration, or an equivalent qualification (applications from certified tax clerks are welcome).
• Several years of professional experience in accounting and familiarity with standard financial processes in a group/corporate environment.
• Solid knowledge of HGB and, ideally, an additional qualification such as Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK).
• Motivation to develop long-term expertise in IFRS.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and demonstrate a high level of accuracy.
• Confident user of MS Office and common ERP systems; experience with SAP is an advantage.
• With a hands‑on mentality, you adapt well to agile processes in finance and welcome new challenges.

Aufgaben

• Annual financial statements and group reporting: You independently prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (and in the future also IFRS) and ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards.
• Account reconciliations and reporting: You perform account reconciliations and prepare accurate, timely reports for management and company leadership.
• Intercompany reconciliations: You are responsible for reconciling and settling transactions within the group and ensure smooth handling of intercompany processes.
• Process optimization: You identify opportunities to improve accounting and closing processes and actively contribute to optimizing internal workflows.
• Point of contact for audits: You act as the primary contact for auditors and tax advisors and independently support the annual audit process.
• Project participation: Help us implement a new finance system landscape (SAP S/4HANA) for the entire corporate group!
