Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft für die Finanzbuchhaltung mit Fokus auf Plant-Level Accounting. Sie verantworten eigenständig Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und unterstützen das IFRS-Konzernreporting.

Zudem führen Sie zwei Buchhalterinnen/ Buchhalter und arbeiten eng mit externen Prüfern zusammen. Sie bringen mehrjährige Praxis in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit, verfügen über HGB- und IFRS-Kenntnisse und haben idealerweise eine Bilanzbuchhalter-Qualifikation.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL oder Finanzen mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen.
• Bilanzbuchhalter-Diplom oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und Konzernrechnungslegung nach HGB/IFRS.

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige plant-level Buchhaltung und Monats-/Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB.
• Unterstützung bei Gruppenberichterstattung nach IFRS; Zusammenarbeit mit Konzernrechnungslegung.
• Führung von zwei operativen Buchhaltern und Ansprechpartner für externe Auditoren/Steuerberater.
• Mitgestaltung des Rollouts und der Optimierung des ERP-Systems Infor LN.

• Manage plant-level accounting independently


• Oversee monthly and annual financial closures under German GAAP (HGB)


• Support group reporting packages and handle cross-border financial tasks under IFRS


• Provide functional leadership to two operational accountants


• Lead intercompany reconciliations and manage fixed asset accounting


• Take an active role in the rollout and optimization of our ERP system (Infor LN)


• Serve as key contact for external auditors and tax advisors

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1)


• Strong English (C1)


• Multiple years of hands‑on experience in financial accounting


• Solid expertise in preparing HGB financial statements


• Experience with IFRS reporting in group structures


• Degree in Business Administration or Finance, focus on Accounting
