Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Berlin sucht eine erfahrene/n Bilanzbuchhalter/in zur eigenständigen Erstellung von Jahres- und Quartalsabschlüssen sowie zur Integration von Tochtergesellschaften in die bestehende Konzernstruktur.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören IFRS-Konsolidierung, Prozessoptimierung und enge Abstimmung mit dem Head of Accounting. Führungsaufgaben in einem wachsenden Finance-Team sind möglich; sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Bilanzbuchhalter-Qualifikation.
• Fundierte HGB-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen.
• Erste Führungs-/Aufsichtserfahrung.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch von Vorteil.
• Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central und LucaNet wünschenswert.

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Erstellung von Jahres- und Quartalsabschlüssen für Tochtergesellschaften.
• Onboarding neu erworbener Tochtergesellschaften in die Gruppenstruktur.
• Sicherstellung pünktlicher und korrekter Zahlungsabwicklung.
• Mitwirkung bei Konsolidierung und IFRS-Berichtswesen.
• Digitale Transformation und Prozessoptimierung im Finanzbereich.
• Ansprechpartner für Audits, Berater und Investoren; Berichte für Geschäftsführung/Aufsichtsrat.
• Aufbau und Entwicklung des Accounting-Teams; potenzielle disziplinarische Verantwortung.

Jobbeschreibung

• Independent preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements for multiple entities in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Onboarding of newly acquired subsidiaries into the existing group structure
• Ensuring timely and accurate payment processing
• Contribution to consolidation and group financial statements under IFRS in close coordination with the Head of Accounting
• Active participation in ongoing digitalization and process optimization projects within the finance department
• Handling ad-hoc requests from executive management and preparing reports for shareholders and the supervisory board
• Point of contact for external partners such as auditors and tax advisors
• Professional leadership and targeted development of a cohesive accounting team; prospective assumption of disciplinary responsibility

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business administration or commercial vocational training with further qualification as a Bilanzbuchhalter (certified accounting specialist)
• Solid knowledge of HGB and proven experience in independently preparing annual financial statements
• Initial leadership/supervisory experience
• Excellent German language skills; English skills are an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central and/or LucaNet desirable
• Resilience and strong organizational skills, especially during closing-intensive periods
