Sigmar Italia S.p.A., a company of the multinational FAREVA group, is seeking a SENIOR ACCOUNTANT for its production facility in Almè (Bergamo).

The resource will be responsible for the following activities:

• Ensure correct accounting records, supervising and coordinating the active and passive cycle.
• Ensure the maintenance and updating of accounting records.
• Manage and update administrative, accounting and tax procedures.
• Maintain relations with internal and external auditors.
• Ensure the obligations related to tax and fiscal declarations in compliance with the legal provisions (VAT, income, Intrastat, etc.)
• Manage relationships with external advisors for tax and regulatory matters.
• Ensure the regularity, quality and timeliness of accounting, civil and management balance sheet data and internal reports.
• Ensure the preparation of the financial statements
• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities
• Produce periodic reports within the defined timeframes according to the procedures, ensuring the quality and reliability of the reported data.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
• Degree in Economics
• Knowledge of main computer applications;
• Flexibility;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Previous experience in the role.
