Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Source and prospect new customers within the semiconductor industry.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs.
- Sales Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to execute trades and organize orders.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in semiconductors or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales Management, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven success in sales, including cold calling and exceeding KPIs.
- Good understanding of market trends, pricing, and competition.
- Familiarity with global supply chains, sourcing, and logistics advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Cultural awareness and effective communication skills.
- Fluency in English and German; additional European languages a plus.
