Position: Senior Account Manager (w/m/d) for the Cooperative Financial Group in Field Service North-West

Remote work, nationwide

  1. Be a passionate networker and advisor—responsible for acquiring and retaining customers through the development of suitable sales measures.
  2. Drive innovative solutions in corporate banking, selling forward-thinking products and services to top clients in the financial and banking sectors, serving as the main contact for usage optimization.
  3. Identify market trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities to enhance existing solutions.
  4. Assist in meeting regulatory requirements such as KWG, GwG, MaRisk, etc.
  5. Represent SCHUFA at various trade fairs, events, and conferences.
  6. Mainly operate on-site with clients and through mobile work.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Economics or a commercial qualification with relevant further training.
  • Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in financial services sales.
  • Experience in project management and selling complex solutions.
  • Industry knowledge in banking or financial services is desirable—preferably with experience in the Cooperative Financial Group.
  • Experience organizing and executing customer projects.
  • High intrinsic motivation, solution orientation, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities.
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written, with proficiency in all common communication tools and channels.
