Our Vendor Sales Team works closely with software vendors and solution providers to help them grow visibility, credibility, and commercial success in the identity and security market.

Your Role

As a (Senior) Account Manager in our Vendor Sales Team, you will play a key role in driving the growth of KuppingerCole Analysts AG by managing the full sales cycle for our technology partners – from initial outreach and qualification to deal closing and long-term relationship building. You will advise vendors on how to best leverage KuppingerCole’s services, including research content, advisory, and go-to-market packages.

  • Own the entire sales process : needs discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and closing
  • Advise and sell research and marketing services such as Leadership Compass inclusion, Executive Views, webinars, and analyst briefings
  • Build long-term, trusted client relationships with security and identity technology providers
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Research, Advisory, Marketing, Events, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • Track and manage opportunities and forecasts using Salesforce
  • Attend virtual and physical events, such as the European Identity and Cloud Conference (EIC)
  • Collect and share feedback to help improve and evolve our services

Your profile :

  • Proven experience in B2B sales – preferably in the tech, SaaS, or consulting space
  • A track record of managing complex sales cycles and meeting sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – able to advise and consult at all levels
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages like German are a plus
  • Structured, self-driven, and hands-on working style
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
