As a Senior Account Manager @ Dragintra, you are responsible for:
- Taking care of your customers' mobility policies and working out solutions: managing fleets and alternative transport options such as e-bikes, public transport, and holiday cars.
- Ensuring a perfect balance between customer and supplier relationships and making necessary adjustments.
- Applying expertise in operational leasing, including Total Cost of Ownership, Taxation, Electrification, Mobility, Flex or Cafeteria plans, Mobility budgets, Website Policies, Tendering, Outsourcing, etc., to relieve customers.
- Executing projects and advising on related topics.
- Upselling projects based on customer needs.
- Negotiating strong purchasing conditions for customers.
- Delivering value through excellent fleet and mobility management.
- Providing customer support throughout the process: analyzing needs, identifying savings or process optimizations, informing, advising, and guiding.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction through efficient management and supervision of internal services.
- Detecting, following up, analyzing, discussing, and developing potential opportunities.
- Identifying opportunities to generate more turnover with suitable potential customers.
- Analyzing and optimizing processes and supporting commercial teams by monitoring market developments and addressing complex mobility topics.
- Developing new projects and improving existing ones.
- Developing and maintaining a network of suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
As a Senior Account Manager @ Dragintra, you have:
- A Bachelor or Master degree in an economic or commercial field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in operational leasing or fleet management.
- Experience in a commercial role such as Business Development or Account Management.
- Preferably experience managing a team.
- Strong analytical skills to convey complex matters clearly and convincingly to diverse audiences.
- Affinity with figures, market trends, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
