As a Senior Account Manager @ Dragintra

You are responsible for :

  1. Collaborating with customers to develop their mobility policies, managing fleet and alternative transport modes such as e-bikes, public transport, and holiday cars.
  2. Ensuring a balanced relationship between customer and supplier, making adjustments as needed.
  3. Applying expertise in operational leasing, Total Cost of Ownership, Taxation, Electrification, Mobility, Flex or Cafeteria plans, Mobility budgets, Car/E.V./Mobility Policies, Tendering, and Outsourcing to support our customers.
  4. Executing projects and providing advice on these topics.
  5. Upselling projects based on customer needs.
  6. Negotiating favorable purchasing conditions for our customers.
  7. Delivering value through excellent fleet and mobility management.
  8. Supporting customers throughout the process: analyzing needs, identifying savings or process optimizations, and providing guidance.
  9. Ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient management and supervision of internal services.
  10. Identifying and developing new opportunities and discussing potential enhancements.
  11. Detecting market opportunities to generate additional revenue.
  12. Analyzing and optimizing processes.
  13. Supporting commercial teams with market insights and complex mobility topics.
  14. Developing and improving projects and processes.
  15. Maintaining a network of suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
Qualifications for a Senior Account Manager @ Dragintra
  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an economic or commercial field, or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum of 5 years in operational leasing or fleet management.
  3. Experience in a commercial role such as Business Development or Account Management.
  4. Preferably experience managing a team.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and convincingly to diverse audiences.
  6. Affinity with figures, market trends, and data analysis.
  7. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
  8. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
