    • Develop long-term successful business relationships through personal or digital consultations.
    • Actively contact new and existing customers by phone and present our support services (employee leasing).
    • Determine the personnel needs of your accounts and match them with the expertise of our applicants/project staff.
    • Create individual offers and conduct price and contract negotiations.
    • Recruit our project staff and take on disciplinary leadership responsibilities.
