A leading company in digital experience is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive client success and strategic development. The role requires strong communication and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on managing global accounts and enhancing client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in the digital sector, particularly with health-sector clients, and will thrive in a collaborative environment.
This role is part of ourExperience & Engineering team in Germany. We combine technology and experience design to deliver a large range of services: from strategy and a performance-driven full-funnel approach to campaigning, e-commerce, customer experience, data & analytics and content. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional and engaging digital experiences to make a difference for our clients in the market.
JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager (div/f/m) who will look after our accounts with a high degree of pro-activeness, empathy, strategic thinking and communication skills.
