Under the leadership of the Sales Manager DACH Diagnostics, you will be responsible for developing, driving, and executing the commercial plan within the DACH territory and supporting regional expansion. In this sales role, you will develop deep customer relationships within Diagnostics accounts, primarily mid-sized and Global Strategic Accounts (GSA). Responsibilities include developing your territory and account-based sales plan, executing the plan to meet or exceed company objectives, and developing supply agreements in collaboration with other functions. You will partner across the company (R&D, Early Development, Production, GSA) to communicate customer needs and drive future growth. Managing and updating the SFDC system and providing accurate forecasts are essential. You will also prospect and develop new leads, organizing seminars with the support of specialists to generate opportunities. This field sales role is home-based, preferably in Central or Northern Germany, with some travel in the DACH region.
