Your responsibilities:

Conception of creative campaigns and communication strategies for clients from the fields of politics, nation branding, business and media from the German and international markets

Lead a team of 6 to 8 conceptioners & strategists

Liaise with mc Group´s staff and other external stakeholders to develop and implement a robust communication strategy

In charge of the whole tendering process, from the identification of the business opportunity to the submission of the proposal

Coordinate priorities and resources among multiple projects

Ensure high quality of all communication strategies developed for the tender processes.

Preparing workplans and budgets, and supporting the bid team in the development of proposals

Compile proposal documents in a structured format as per the standards of the tendering institution in a timely manner

Report directly to the CEO

Your profile:
  • At least a bachelors´ degree in communication, marketing, public relations or journalism
  • Over 4 years of experience delivering successful bids or experience in account management in contexts relevant to mc Group or PR
  • Comprehensive experience and understanding of the Bid Management process (preferably at the international level) would be an asset
  • Strong, professional bid/account management skills
  • The ability to successfully manage a team
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to deal with partner agencies, our network, suppliers and other parts of the business (stakeholder management skills).
  • A positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • An ability to successfully manage change in a fast-paced environment
  • You have excellent English written and spoken skills. German is considered an asset.
