This job can be based in one of the following EU corporate offices: London, Munich, Paris, Madrid, Milan. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our EU Total Consumer Electronics team.

Role Overview

In this senior role, you will serve as the EU lead Account Manager for our Amazon Vendor Service (AVS) program, managing our most strategic vendors in Total Consumer Electronics. You will act as a consultant and influential partner for senior stakeholders to drive long-term growth.

Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is a paid B2B service that helps grow complex publishers on Amazon. As a Senior Account Manager (internal title: Strategic Brand Specialist), you will have exposure to European e-commerce operations, serving as the lead Account Manager for top-priority vendors, ensuring high-quality account management that exceeds expectations.

Your role involves influencing multiple stakeholders, collaborating cross-functionally to design and execute strategies, and providing industry expertise to guide the account management team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Core Service:
  • Impact vendor-level and deliver cross-divisional projects across Marketing & Promotions, Selection & IDQ, and Operational Excellence, scaling best practices across Total Consumer Electronics.
  • Develop and nurture strategic vendor relationships, maximizing satisfaction.
  • Identify impactful business opportunities by understanding vendor and customer needs.
  • Design and execute business strategies across multiple marketplaces, coordinating large teams.
  • Set and audit metric goals, ensuring success and removing blockers.
  • Provide strategic insights based on industry experience.
  • Identify growth opportunities and create scalable solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams to facilitate strategic vendor discussions.
  • Project Work:
    • Lead key projects within EU Total Consumer Electronics and AVS, owning design, strategy, and results.

    • Proven results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
    • Experience managing large-scale projects with large teams.
    • Excellent English skills (C1 level or higher).
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Additional languages such as Spanish or German.
    • Experience with analytical tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, SQL, HTML.
    • Data analysis, reporting, and forecasting skills.
    • Master’s/MBA from a leading business school.
    • Experience in Consumer Electronics industry, especially computing, TV, or printing.
