This job can be based in one of the following EU corporate offices: London, Munich, Paris, Madrid, Milan. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our EU Total Consumer Electronics team. In this senior role, you will serve as the EU lead Account Manager for our Amazon Vendor Service (AVS) program and manage our biggest and most strategic vendors in Total Consumer Electronics, acting as a consultant and influential partner for senior stakeholders to drive long-term growth.

Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is a paid B2B service that helps strategically grow complex publishers on Amazon. As a Senior Account Manager (internal title: Strategic Brand Specialist), you will have holistic exposure to e-commerce operations at a European level. You will serve as the lead Account Manager for our top-priority vendor, responsible for delivering high-quality account management that exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and nurturing strategic, long-term vendor relationships to maximize satisfaction.
  2. Designing and executing business strategies across multiple marketplaces.
  3. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  5. Driving selection activities, defining success metrics, and proposing innovative solutions.

You will also lead key projects across EU Total Consumer Electronics, owning project design and strategy, and delivering end-to-end results. Applications must include a CV in English for consideration.

About the team: The Total Consumer Electronics team is dynamic and fast-paced, driving significant business growth through innovative strategies and market development. We are passionate about technology and stay at the forefront of trends and innovations in consumer electronics.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar, with at least 6 years of retail or e-commerce account management experience. Proven results in managing large-scale projects and P&L responsibilities are essential. Excellent communication skills in English (minimum C1 level) and proficiency in MS Office are required. Additional languages such as Spanish or German are desirable. Experience with analytical tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, SQL, or content management systems is a plus. A Master’s degree or MBA, especially from a leading business school, is beneficial. Experience in the consumer electronics industry is highly advantageous.
