We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our EU Total Consumer Electronics team. In this senior role, you will serve as the EU lead Account Manager for our Amazon Vendor Service (AVS) program and manage our biggest and most strategic vendors in Total Consumer Electronics, acting as a consultant and influential partner for senior stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is a paid B2B service that helps strategically grow complex publishers on Amazon. As a Senior Account Manager (internal title: Strategic Brand Specialist), you will have holistic exposure to e-commerce operations at a European level. In this role, you will serve as the lead Account Manager for our top-priority vendor, responsible for delivering high-quality account management that exceeds expectations.
Your responsibilities include influencing and managing multiple stakeholders, collaborating cross-functionally to design and execute long-term strategies, and providing industry expertise to guide the account management team. You will drive selection activities, define success metrics, propose innovative solutions, and collaborate with external and internal decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
Lead key projects across EU Total Consumer Electronics and the AVS organization, owning project design and strategy, and delivering end-to-end results.
