We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our EU Other Hardlines team. In this senior role, you will serve as the EU lead Account Manager (internal job title: Strategic Brand Specialist) for our Amazon Vendor Service (AVS) program and manage one of our biggest and most strategic vendors in EU Other Hardlines, acting as a consultant and influential partner for senior stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is a paid B2B service that helps strategically grow complex brands on Amazon. You will have holistic exposure to e-commerce operations at a European level. In this role, you will serve as the lead Account Manager for our top-priority vendors, directly responsible for delivering high-quality account management that exceeds their expectations. Delivering results through others by influencing and managing the priorities of multiple stakeholders will be a vital part of your role. You will collaborate cross-functionally to design and execute long-term strategies with your vendors. Leveraging your industry expertise, you will provide guidance to the account team, enabling them to deliver the best customer experience and achieve our goals. This will involve driving selection and promotional activities across categories, defining and monitoring success metrics, and proposing innovative solutions to shape the future of AVS. Furthermore, you will collaborate with external decision-makers, such as Sales and Account Directors, as well as internal stakeholders like Category Leaders, the Head of Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management, and Finance. In this capacity, you will ideate new business opportunities and bring forward creative ideas to elevate our service.
