About Role :

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to support our growing Prime Surveys business unit. This person will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with mobile publishers and partners who monetize their apps or websites using our survey integrations. Your goal will be to ensure high partner satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and drive performance through close collaboration and proactive account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key mobile and web partners using our survey monetization tools
  • Understand partner needs and align on monetization goals
  • Develop strategies to increase performance and engagement through our solutions
  • Coordinate internal teams (tech, ops, product) to ensure successful partner onboarding and support
  • Analyze performance data and suggest optimizations
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in client-facing roles such as Account Management, Partnerships, or Publisher Success
  • Experience in adtech, mobile monetization, or survey networks preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
