1. Identify and create new sales opportunities to maintain and develop good relationships with customers.
2. Manage sales cycles, market business solutions, build a solid pipeline of qualified prospects, and conduct all sales activities needed to achieve sales targets.
3. Develop sales and marketing initiatives with key partners to increase monthly sales revenue.
4. Maintain databases of clients and grow each new sale into a strong account reference.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of account management or business development experience in the IT industry. Experience in selling cybersecurity is required, and experience in selling security services is preferred.
2. Skilled in Solution Selling, Project Selling, and Channel Management.
3. Aggressive, dynamic, result-oriented team player with high integrity, target focus, and ability to work independently.
4. Preferably experienced in the manufacturing sector or healthcare industry.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills in German.
