Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a Go-to-Market Strategy for Germany: Design and implement a strategic sales plan to effectively offer our entire portfolio for the German market with a strong focus on the following industries: Manufacturing, Public Services, Consumer Goods, and Life Sciences/Health.
  2. Hands-on Sales Leadership to generate New Business: Starting from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing deals, personally engage with prospects and clients, leading by example with direct sales calls, meetings, and negotiations.
  3. Conducting customer-specific research: Based on Cloudflight's ideal customer profile including identifying digital business models and contacts to conducting outreach.
  4. Manage and expand existing client accounts: Develop and implement strategies to nurture current client relationships, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction to drive repeat business.
  5. Build and nurture relationships: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the region, leveraging your network or your ability to build one.
  6. Report and analyze performance: Regularly report on sales metrics, market feedback, and performance, ensuring ongoing optimization of sales processes.
  7. Collaborate with Marketing & Product teams: Work closely with our marketing and product teams to align strategies, create impactful sales collateral, and ensure market fit.
  8. Inspire and work along with a team of passionate Account Executives: Provide guidance for an aligned Go-To-Market approach.
Qualifications
  1. At least 5 years of experience in solution or consultative sales, ideally with an own network in Germany.
  2. Motivation & drive with a passion for growth and achieving ambitious targets. You are enthusiastic, highly motivated, and committed to success.
  3. Ability to implement a Go-to-Market Strategy and manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue management.
  4. Understand the customer's challenges and problems in emerging technologies. You offer solutions in your sales story and create value for our clients.
  5. Experience in managing simultaneous exchanges with an array of stakeholders, internal and external, across long as well as short sales cycle deals.
  6. Ability to maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data (e.g. Hubspot) and experience with complex pursuit processes, proposal development, and presentations that win new business.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English and the ability to work with people from different national and international locations.
