Opportunity:

As part of the Fireblocks sales team, you will play a key role in scaling one of the fastest-growing companies in Blockchain and Cybersecurity. You’ll target Crypto Native, Web3, and TradFi accounts in the DACH, Nordics & CEE regions, working closely with Sales Engineers and Business Development.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborating with the Fireblocks BDR and GTM teams
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers
  • Territory, prospect, and account planning
  • Updating and maintaining the Fireblocks CRM

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in software or institutional sales, ideally in financial services, payments, blockchain, or fintech
  • Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies
  • Experience working within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a relentless prospecting attitude
  • Experience working in a team selling environment
