Jobbeschreibung

ISS STOXX is looking for a Senior Account Executive to support our sales efforts across the DACH territories for our suite of Responsible Investment Solutions, including Climate Data, Ratings & Rankings, Controversies, Impact & SDGs, and Regulatory Solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need a demonstrated track record of sales to financial institutions and a genuine interest in the area of Sustainable and Responsible investments, including all aspects of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) research and topics.

The role requires a high level of technical acumen, attention to detail, the ability to understand front office needs, and strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Achieve revenue and renewal goals by identifying and closing ESG sales prospects and upselling with existing clients.
  2. Grow ISS' ESG market share, recognition, and perception within the investment management and asset owner community.
  3. Continuously assess ESG market opportunities, define and update a sales plan for the territory, and discuss with management.
  4. Ensure detailed sales and renewal reporting and forecasting.
  5. Work closely with ISS BDR and Marketing managers to define products, services, and marketing plans.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects.
  7. Record all client and prospect contacts, meetings, and telephone activity into the firm's CRM system.
  8. Share relevant industry and opportunity information across the sales group and with other departments.
Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience working within institutional sales and relationship management, with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  2. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
  3. Track record of relationship management, business development, and revenue generation, either selling directly or through strategic partners.
  4. Demonstrated relationship and project management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  5. Strong multi-tasking skills, with expert judgment to help set priorities.
  6. Excellent organizational and verbal skills.
  7. Absolute personal and business integrity.
  8. Fluent in German and English.
