Location : Germany (remote-friendly)

Languages : Fluent German & English

OTE : €100k to €160k (50% base / 50% variable), depending on experience and performance

Focus : Strategic new business acquisition, high-value deals

Coders Connect is partnering with a European SaaS leader that’s undergoing major growth. As part of their commercial expansion, they’re hiring Senior Account Executives to lead complex, high-value sales into the DACH market. If you’ve got a proven track record in closing B2B SaaS deals and want to step into a role with clear growth, strong leadership, and a best-in-class product — read on.

What you’ll do

  1. Own the full sales cycle for new business across the DACH region (Germany is key)
  2. Focus on mid-market and enterprise accounts, with support from BDRs and marketing
  3. Drive strategic conversations with senior stakeholders — especially CFOs and finance leads
  4. Conduct deep discovery, position multi-product solutions, and lead complex deal navigation
  5. Collaborate with pre-sales and internal enablement teams to create customised pitches
  6. Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets

What we’re looking for

  • Fluent German and strong English
  • 5+ years’ experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding high-value targets
  • Experience selling complex software solutions to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable with deal sizes around €200k+ and sales cycles of ~3 months
  • Confident, polished communicator who thrives in cross-functional settings
  • High business acumen, especially in relation to finance or accounting software

Nice to have

  • Background in finance, economics, or business
  • Experience selling CPM, FP&A, ERP, or accounting tools
  • Familiar with Salesforce and structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN)
