SPORTFIVE UK is recruiting an experienced Account Executive for the Brand Solutions team to work on one of our biggest clients, EA SPORTS, in the activation and management of its global football athletes. You will join a team experienced in creating, managing, and activating sponsorship campaigns for brands and will work with premium rights holders. Your experience, combined with strong general sports and football knowledge, will be key for this role.

You will play a supporting and lead role across the day-to-day management and activation of EA SPORTS FC global Ambassadors.

Reporting to a Senior Account Manager, you will be part of a team supporting the delivery of partner rights, including:

1. Working with clients on content creation, marketing assets, and campaign rollouts
2. Managing the approval process of EA SPORTS FC marketing assets with FC Ambassadors
3. Creating, maintaining, and updating internal records, logs, and client reporting documents
4. Producing contact reports and meeting notes from client and rights holder meetings
5. Attending activation events and hospitality trips as needed
6. Generating creative ideas related to activating FC Ambassador rights
7. Providing social media tracking and support for FC Ambassador content

Requirements include:

1. 2-3 years of talent/athlete activation experience, preferably in football
2. Experience in direct communication with talent and talent management teams
3. Knowledge of the European football scene
4. Interest in gaming and esports
5. Strong social media knowledge and reporting skills
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Creative and proactive mindset
8. Attention to detail
9. Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
11. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, with flexibility for evening and weekend events
