POSITION

The position holder will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This is a great opportunity for an accomplished sales executive with a track record of bringing in new logos and busting quotas. The position will be located in Germany.

CHALLENGE
  • Target, approach and acquire new high-value customers using a deep understanding of their strategic requirements and objectives.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of travel solutions and offer a consultative sales approach to potential customers to support their internal strategies.
  • Ensure all new sales activity is delivered at best practice by actively engaging and cross-collaborating with departments and team members.
  • Be a ‘go-to’ person for the latest market competitor activity and customer intelligence.
  • Actively manage the company CRM to ensure all customer activity and data is correctly recorded and up to date for reporting and analytics purposes.
  • Act as the one responsible face to the customer and its subsidiaries, supported by operational teams and solution experts.
  • You will gain deep knowledge of the entire value proposition of HRS Solutions and can act as your own entrepreneur within the HRS organization.

  • Consultative sales or business development experience from SaaS industry, Professional Services or from Start-up environment (industry knowledge is not a must!).
  • You enjoy high performance and fast-changing environments.
  • You possess a high degree of self-motivation, pro-activeness, forward thinking and assertiveness to manage customer expectations and internal collaboration.
  • Experience in building a long-lasting senior stakeholder network within the customer’s organization.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive strategic initiatives proactively aimed at customer success.
  • Strong sales consultative skills and proven track record.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • A visionary understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • The innate drive to improve processes and develop new possibilities.
  • Empathy, authenticity, integrity, resilience, respect, and tact in dealings with stakeholders.
  • Business fluency in German and English, spoken and written.
